Return & Refund Policy

Dear Customers,

Products can be returned for manufacturing defects and wrong product only. You need to click refund link in your orders section or click on request refund link in delivery mail and provide below details:-

1. Clear images of unopened parcel showing order no. & tracking number.
2. Single parcel opening video from starting till opening of product.
3. Clear images of product showing defect. Mail us these details to arrange pickup of defective product.

You can share details within 3 days of receiving product. Post which request will not be entertained

100% Refund will be processed as soon it is received and verified by us.
Pickup will be done within 3working days of refund approval.

No refund request will be accepted if product opening video and necessary images are not shared.

Please be transparent for us to serve you better.

Note: – No refund request will be entertained for size issue. Need you to check size before placing order. Also, we don’t offer replacement. You can place new order for ordering again.
